Preorder Policy

By purchasing a preorder item from ASEPT, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Anticipated Shipping Timeline

Blues Collection preorder items are anticipated to ship by the end of October 2026. This is an estimated shipping timeline and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Production, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect this estimate. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified by email and provided with an updated shipping estimate.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time the preorder is placed. Placing a preorder reserves your selected items for fulfillment once inventory becomes available.

Cancellations

Preorder cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact support@aseptwear.com with your order number within this period.

After 24 hours, preorder cancellations cannot be accommodated because production and inventory quantities are finalized based on confirmed orders.

If ASEPT is unable to ship your order within the original or subsequently provided shipping timeframe, any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law will remain available.

Order Changes

Changes to preorder items, sizes, colors, or inseam lengths are not guaranteed after an order has been placed. Please carefully review your selections before completing checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact support@aseptwear.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has processed.

Returns

Our standard return policy applies after preorder items have been delivered.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Due to limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
